The express IT audit answers a need for rapid clarity: is your project or digital environment on track? We perform a project or IS diagnostic tailored to your context, usually around two weeks depending on scope.
This is explicitly not a security audit: we assess project coherence (scope, schedule, risks, deliverable quality, business alignment), not full cyber or ISO 27001 controls. Both can coexist; this output targets readability and project decisions.
You receive an executive summary, prioritised findings, and a time-phased action plan: quick wins, structural actions, suggested owners, and next milestones.
